How do I block a player or report a rude name?
Press Block this player in the lobby or after a game, and you won’t see each other again. Press Report a name if a name is rude or has contact details in it. You can also hide yourself from the lobby.
Step by step
- To block: press Block this player next to their name in the lobby, or after your game.
- To report a name: press Report a name (or Report their name) and choose a reason.
- To be left alone: in the lobby options, choose “Hide me from the lobby” or “Don’t let other players challenge me”.
- After you press No thanks to a challenge, that player has to wait before asking again.

What happens to a reported name?
When several different players report the same name, it is changed to a safe random name straight away.

Never share your real name, school, address or any contact details. Block the player and report their name. Tell a grown-up you trust.
