How do I solve my real cube with the cube solver?
Hold your cube with white on top and green facing you. On the cube solver, choose Enter my cube’s colours, colour in every sticker, press Solve and follow the moves one at a time.
Step by step
- Hold your cube with the white centre on top and the green centre facing you.
- Open the cube solver and choose Enter my cube’s colours.
- Pick a colour and tap each sticker. Do the top, front and right first, then turn the view for the others.
- Press Solve. The first time it takes a moment to get ready.
- Press Next for one turn at a time, or Play to watch them all. Each move is written in words too.
Questions and fixes
It says my cube is impossible
A colour is probably entered wrong: each colour must appear exactly 9 times, and every corner and edge must be a real piece. Check stickers near the one it points to. A cube that was taken apart and put back wrongly can also be impossible.
I don’t understand the letters
R means turn the right face clockwise, R’ anticlockwise and R2 half a turn. See how to read a solution.
