OLL means orientation of the last layer: making the whole top face yellow in one algorithm, after the first two layers are done. There are 57 cases. The pictures show the top face from above, with yellow stickers in colour and the rest grey. The thin strips round the edge are the top row of each side.
Start with two-look OLL. First make a yellow cross with F R U R' U' F' (the same move as step 4 of the beginner’s method), then finish the corners with one of seven cases (numbers 21 to 27 below). That is only about 10 algorithms. Learn the rest a few at a time.

Do I need to learn all 57 OLL algorithms?
No. Two-look OLL (about 10 algorithms) is enough to get well under a minute. Full OLL saves a second or two and is usually learned later.
What is the difference between OLL and PLL?
OLL makes the top face one colour. PLL then moves the top pieces into their right places without changing the colour on top.
